The Show Advanced Map Options checkbox is located at the bottom of some of the screens.  If it is checked, you will be presented with additional screens before a move or map is done.

Please be aware that all of these options only have to do with mapping and now with moving.

The first screen has four checkboxes on it and allows you to select what areas to look for links in.  The four choices are Registry, Settings (ini files), Shortcuts, and All Files (which includes Settings and Shortcuts).

The second screen allows you to select which drives to map on.  All internal drives are selected by default.  Selected drives are in gray.  Hold the Ctrl key down while clicking on drives to select more than one.  To speed up the mapping you may want to skip drives that are only used for storage.
