Clean PC is a default list of safe items to remove from your computer to keep it clean.  Many of these items are lists that Windows is continually adding to, so it is important that you clean them regularly.  Clean PC can be run from the second screen of A1Click Ultra PC Cleaner or from the Program menu at the top of the screen.
